We are staying. And for the length of a journey the ghosts take themselves to far-off places. Nine ghosts exchange their identities and are unable to find themselves again. The double Bistro catches them and asumes that their proxies are included in the original document. Boxing and unboxing – until the whole thing moves into the Badlands instead of ourselves. Green, Blue, Orange and Pink.
In the beginning there are fingers and while the Ghost Office takes care of the transport, we process the so extracted data. One painting is called frying pan.

While the ghosts appeared to be taken a detour, part two of the exhibition was waiting to be realised on-site. In these complicated Covid times we cheered for the overloaded mail delivery workers for the package to arrive at Bistro21.
Unfortunaley our 9 drawings did not reach Leipzig, got lost on the way, and part two of our exhibition could not be realized.
We let the ghosts be true ghosts.

Geister
Wir bleiben. Und die Geister begeben sich für die Dauer einer Reise in die Ferne. Neun Geister tauschen ihre Identitäten und finden sich selbst nicht wieder. Das doppelte Bistro fängt sie auf und nimmt an, dass ihre Proxies im Originaldokument enthalten sind. Einpacken und entpacken – bis das Ganze an unserer Stelle in die Badlands rückt. Grün, Blau, Orange und Rosa.
Zu Anfangs sind die Finger und während das Ghost Office den Transport übernimmt, verarbeiten wir die so gewonnenen Daten. Ein Bild trägt den Titel Pfanne. „

Während die Geister einen scheinbaren Umweg nahmen, wartete Teil 2 der Ausstellung auf Realisierung vor Ort. In komplizierten Corona-Zeiten feuerten wir die überlasteten Paketzustellenden an und hofften auf ein letztendliches Eintreffen in Leipzig.
Leider sind unsere 9 Zeichnungen nicht im Bistro21 angekommen, sondern auf dem Weg verschollen – Teil 2 konnte daher nicht realisiert werden.
Wir lassen die Geister wahre Geister sein.
